Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

  1. Remove the EVAP canister.
    Refer to: Evaporative Emission Canister (303-13B Evaporative Emissions - 1.6L EcoBoost (132kW/180PS) – Sigma, Removal and Installation).
  1. Rotate the EVAP canister vent solenoid clockwise and remove.

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

    Master Cylinder

    NOTE: When a new brake master cylinder has been installed, it should be primed to prevent air from entering the system.

    Remove the brake fluid reservoir cap.
