Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

  1. Remove the pin-type retainers and the luggage compartment lid trim panel.
  1. Disconnect the electrical connectors, detach the wiring harness retainers and position the wiring harness aside.
  1. NOTE: This step requires the aid of another technician.

    Remove the bolts and the luggage compartment lid.
    Torque: 97 lb.in (11 Nm)

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
  1. Check the alignment and correct if necessary.
