Ford Fiesta: Interior Trim and Ornamentation / Headliner - Lowering - 4-Door. Removal and Installation

On both sides.
Remove the retainers and the sun visor.

On both sides.
Remove the retainer and the sun visor clip.

On both sides, remove the A-pillar trim panel.
Refer to: A-Pillar Trim Panel (501-05 Interior Trim and Ornamentation, Removal and Installation).

On both sides, remove the B-pillar trim panel.
Refer to: B-Pillar Trim Panel (501-05 Interior Trim and Ornamentation, Removal and Installation).

Release the clips, disconnect the electrical connectors and remove the overhead console.

On both sides, remove the upper C-pillar trim panel.
Refer to: C-Pillar Upper Trim Panel - 4-Door (501-05 Interior Trim and Ornamentation, Removal and Installation).

Release the clips and remove the cover.

Remove the retainers.

On both sides.
On the RH side, disconnect the headliner wire harness electrical connector.

If equipped.
Remove the roof opening panel seal.

If equipped.
Remove cover and disconnect the electrical connector.
-
If equipped.
Disconnect the rear view mirror electrical connector.

NOTE:
Headliner removed for clarity.
If equipped.
Disconnect the roof opening panel motor electrical connector.

Position the rear seat backrests up. .
-
Position the driver side front seat.
-
Position the seat in the full forward position.
-
Position the seat in the full reclined position.

Lower the headliner.

To avoid damage to the trim panels, remove any retaining
clips from the body and attach them to the trim panels before
installing...
