NOTE:
Battery cable with a battery monitoring sensor shown. Battery cable without a battery monitoring sensor similar.

Loosen the nut and position the negative battery cable.
Torque:
44 lb.in (5 Nm)

NOTE:
To interrupt power to the vehicle electrical system,
disconnect the battery ground cable only. It is not necessary to
disconnect the positive battery cable.
Loosen the nut and position the positive battery cable.
Torque:
44 lb.in (5 Nm)
Connect

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

If equipped with power windows, perform the window motor initialization.
