Ford Fiesta: Bumpers / Front Bumper. Removal and Installation
Removal
NOTE:
Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Remove the front bumper cover.
Refer to: Front Bumper Cover (501-19 Bumpers, Removal and Installation).

Remove the front impact severity sensor.
Refer to: Front Impact Severity Sensor (501-20B Supplemental Restraint System, Removal and Installation).

Remove the headlamp assembly.
Refer to: Headlamp Assembly (417-01 Exterior Lighting, Removal and Installation).

Disconnect the horn electrical connector.

Separate the front bumper cover wiring harness electrical connector from the upper air deflector.

NOTE:
On both sides
Remove the upper air deflector pin-type retainers and
the radiator grille opening panel reinforcement to front bumper bolts.
Torque:
18 lb.ft (25 Nm)

Remove the lower air deflector pin-type retainers.
-
Remove the bolts and the front bumper.
Torque:
18 lb.ft (25 Nm)
Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
